University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Students Take Up Residence at Luther Manor

Through the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Student Artist in Residence (SAIR) program, art students live at senior living communities, including Luther Manor, rent-free in exchange for providing workshops and life enrichment opportunities for the residents. This innovative experience provides an immersive, intergenerational learning experience for both residents and the students.

Wisconsin Public Radio recently interviewed one of Luther Manor’s student artists in residence, Andrew Gray, about his experience here, including collaboration on an original play that will debut in May.
