Meet Kristin Lewis, Long-Term Care RN Unit Manager
Kristin brings a unique blend of experience and enthusiasm to Luther Manor. With eight years of experience working with seniors in various settings, including community care, home health, hospice and acute care, she has a deep understanding of the needs of the aging population.
Kristin previously served as a CNA and health services director before becoming an RN. In her new role, she’s eager to foster strong relationships to improve resident satisfaction and provide smooth care transitions.
“I’m most looking forward to growing our unit’s team with high-quality, caring and compassionate caregivers who will provide continuity of care day and night, every day of the year,” she said.
As long-term care program manager, Kristin oversees the nurses, CNAs and support staff to ensure the highest quality of care, safety and quality for residents. She’s hands-on, rounding on the unit to address any questions, comments or concerns from staff, families and residents.
“I’m excited to join this amazing leadership team and be a part of this culture of change that will lead to high-quality, dependable care for our wonderful residents and their families,” she said.
