Luther Manor has been awarded certification as a “Great Workplace” from the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®.
Luther Manor earned this recognition based on extensive ratings provided by employees in anonymous surveys. Workers were asked to rank the company on the levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie they experience in the workplace.

According to the Great Place to Work® survey, 85% of employees at Luther Manor said, “My work has special meaning. This is not just a job.” Other survey highlights include:
- 91 percent of employees report “great bosses”
- 92 percent of employees report “great challenges”
- 91 percent of employees report “great atmosphere”
- 94 percent of employees report “great pride”
